Group your prop firm accounts and whatever you do on the leader account is copied to the rest instantly, within a fraction of a second, each with its own size multiplier. You set it up and monitor it from the web; NinjaTrader 8 executes it on your computer for futures, or the Tradatix EA in MetaTrader 5. And with TopstepX, Tradatix's server does it, with nothing to install and mixing NinjaTrader and TopstepX accounts in the same group. All of them copy the stop and the target.
Included in your subscription. You can test all of it with NinjaTrader Sim or MT5 demo accounts.
If you trade five evaluations at once, opening and closing each one by hand is slow, and that's where mistakes happen.
Create as many groups as you like, each with its own leader and followers. Enable or pause any account without removing it from the group.
A 100K account can run at ×2 and a 25K account at ×0.5 within the same group. If rounding would leave a follower with no position, it enters with one contract.
Balance, equity, open P&L and positions for every account on a single dashboard, updated every few seconds.
Flatten a single account or the whole group in one click, even when you're away from your NinjaTrader screen.
It copies the position, not each order. If an account gets out of sync, it puts itself back in line on the next cycle.
Set a profit target and the copier closes the position as soon as it's hit, without you having to watch.
With the group's 🔒 SL/TP switch, followers carry the same stop and target as the leader, and they move when you move them. Recommended.
Close a percentage or a number of contracts on one account or the whole group, from the web.
Set how much you want to make in total on each account (for example, what a challenge requires). Once reached, it closes and stops trading that account.
Tag each account as Challenge, Funded or anything you like, and add visible notes such as "Risk: $300".
Tell it how much you risk on the leader and on the follower and it works out the multiplier.
Generate an image with a group's result for the day, ready for social media. And reorder your groups by dragging them.
A risk manager that lives on your PC switches off when you close it, and that's exactly what a trader on tilt does. At Tradatix the rules live on our server: close NinjaTrader, reopen it, and you're still locked out until the next session.
Put the Tradatix EA on each MetaTrader 5 account, pick the leader and the followers with their multiplier, and the position is copied with its SL and TP at the same price.
Connect your TopstepX API key and your accounts join the same copier, next to your NinjaTrader accounts: they can be leaders or followers in any group, and you can copy across firms both ways. Orders are sent by Tradatix's server, so it works even with your computer off.
If your prop firm trades on DeepCharts over the Volumetrica platform (dxFeed Prop, such as NYS Markets / The Thunder), connect your username and your accounts join the same copier: leaders or followers, mixed with your NinjaTrader and TopstepX accounts. Orders are sent by Tradatix's server.
Install the Tradatix add-on in NinjaTrader 8 or the EA on each MetaTrader 5 account, or connect your TopstepX API key, by following the guide in the app. Your accounts show up on the copier dashboard automatically.
Pick the leader account, add the followers and set each one's multiplier. We recommend starting with Sim or demo accounts.
Trade the leader account from NinjaTrader. Everything else copies itself and the risk manager watches every account.
With NinjaTrader or MetaTrader 5, yes: they execute the copy on your computer, so they have to be open and connected (many traders run them on a VPS). With TopstepX or Volumetrica (DeepCharts) accounts, no: Tradatix's server sends the orders.
Yes, in beta. You connect your TopstepX API key (you pay for the ProjectX API subscription directly) and your accounts show up in the copier, as leaders or followers next to your NinjaTrader accounts, with their SL and TP. Simulated accounts only (Combine and Express Funded): Topstep does not allow the API on Live Funded accounts.
Any futures account you can trade from NinjaTrader 8 (Apex, Lucid, FundedNext and others) TopstepX accounts and accounts at prop firms using DeepCharts over Volumetrica (such as NYS Markets). Before using it, check that your prop firm's rules allow trade copying.
Nothing is copied while it's closed. When you reopen it, since the copier mirrors the position rather than the orders, each follower readjusts to match the leader.
You can unlock manually because they're your accounts, but it gets logged in the history. Closing positions is always allowed, even when locked.
Yes. The MT5 copier is in beta and open to every user with a plan: put the Tradatix EA on each account, pick the leader and the followers, and positions are copied with their SL and TP. MetaTrader 5 must be open with algo trading enabled.
Yes. Always on MetaTrader 5. On futures, by turning on the group's 🔒 SL/TP switch (recommended): followers carry the same stop and target as the leader and move when you move them.
No. The copier and the risk manager are included in your Tradatix subscription. For TopstepX you also need your own ProjectX API subscription, which you buy directly from them.
Each module feeds the others: what you log in your journal or backtest flows into the simulator, your stats and your mentor.
