Review your students' real trades, not screenshots

Students connect their account and share it with your academy. You see every trade exactly as it happened, mark it as correct, could be better or wrong, and leave a comment. They can't touch anything that has already been audited.

Tell us how many students and mentors you have and we'll set up your academy.

Built around how an academy actually works

A mentor with twenty students can't ask for screenshots over WhatsApp and trust whatever they send. Here the data comes straight from the trading platform.

🔒

Read-only account

Once audited, the student can't add, edit or delete trades on that account. Trades only come in from MetaTrader 5, NinjaTrader, Tradovate, TopstepX or DeepCharts.

✅

Trade-by-trade review

Mark each trade as correct, could be better or wrong and leave a comment. The student sees it in their journal and can reply in the same thread.

👥

Multiple mentors

Add your colleagues to the academy and everyone reviews the same students. Students see the name of whoever marked each trade.

🎟️

Join with a code

Your academy has its own code. Students enter it, choose which account to audit and show up on your dashboard. No spreadsheets, no one-by-one invites.

🎚️

You set the limit

Choose how many accounts each student can have audited in your academy: one by default, several, or unlimited.

🏷️

Mistakes with a name

See the mistake tags the student adds (early entry, moved my stop, revenge trading…) and add your own. That way you both know which mistake costs them the most money.

How to get started

We create your academy

We give you mentor access, you name your academy and get your code to hand out to your students.

Students join

They connect their account in the journal (MT5, NinjaTrader, Tradovate, TopstepX or DeepCharts), enter your code and choose which account to audit.

You review and correct

Their trades come in automatically. Review them whenever you like from the mentor dashboard, with all their metrics in view.

For mentors who also work on their own

You can be a guest mentor in someone else's academy and, at the same time, run your own with your private students. They all appear together on your dashboard, each labeled with their academy.

  • The owner is in charge: only the owner can change the name, the code and the account limit.
  • Nothing gets mixed up: students who join with your code belong to your academy, not to the others you help out in.
  • Students can leave whenever they want, and the date they stopped being audited is recorded.

FAQ

Do students have to pay for Tradatix?

Each student needs their own Tradatix account to connect their platform and share it. If you're an academy and want to handle it for your whole group, get in touch and we'll work it out.

What exactly does the mentor see?

Everything on the audited account: every trade with its instrument, side, time, P&L, commissions and metrics. Only that account: the rest of the student's journal and backtests stay private.

Why does the account become read-only?

So that what you review is what really happened. Students can't delete the trade that went wrong or add one they never took. They can still comment and tag their mistakes.

Which platforms are supported?

MetaTrader 5, NinjaTrader 8 and Tradovate (including prop firms that run on Tradovate, such as Apex or Lucid), TopstepX and DeepCharts (Volumetrica). Manual accounts can't be audited, precisely because they can be edited.

How many mentors can an academy have?

As many as you need. The owner adds colleagues from the dashboard and they all see the same students.

It all works together

Every module feeds the others: whatever you log in your journal or backtest flows into the simulator, your stats and your mentor.
