Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 12 October 2026

This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Spanish version (Términos y Condiciones) is the legally binding one and prevails in case of any discrepancy.

1. Purpose and Parties

This document sets out the Terms and Conditions of use (hereinafter, "the Terms") governing access to and use of the Tradatix platform (hereinafter, "the Service"), a software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution aimed at professional and retail traders.

Service Provider: Tradatix, reachable at the contact address admin@tradatix.com.

User: any natural or legal person who accesses the platform, creates an account or uses any of its features.

The purpose of the Service is to provide traders with tools for analysis, backtesting, trade journaling, funded account (prop firm) simulation and cloud collaboration. Tradatix does not, under any circumstances, provide financial or investment advice.

2. Acceptance of the Terms

Accessing and using the Service implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms in the version published at the time of access. If the User does not agree with any of the conditions set out herein, they must refrain from using the platform.

Acceptance becomes effective upon creation of a user account or, where applicable, through continued use of the Service. Tradatix reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, giving the User reasonable prior notice via the registered email address or through a notice on the platform.

3. Description of the Service

Tradatix makes the following main features available to its users, which may vary depending on the plan subscribed to:

Tradatix reserves the right to extend, modify or withdraw features of the Service, giving as much reasonable notice as possible.

4. Registration and User Account

A user account is required to access the features of the Service. The User undertakes to:

Tradatix reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, provide false information or make fraudulent use of the Service.

5. Subscription and Payments

Free trial period: Tradatix offers a free trial period of 7 days from account creation. No credit card is required to start the trial.

Subscription plans: Once the trial period has ended, full access to the Service is subject to payment of a subscription under the following options:

Payment processing: payments are handled securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified payment service provider. Tradatix does not store credit card data on its systems.

Automatic renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly or annual), charging the corresponding amount to the payment method linked to the account. The User may cancel automatic renewal at any time from their account settings, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current period.

Price changes: Tradatix reserves the right to change subscription prices, notifying the User at least 30 days before the change takes effect.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

The User may cancel their subscription at any time from their account settings or by contacting admin@tradatix.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and access to the Service will be maintained until that date.

Refund policy: as a general rule, Tradatix does not issue refunds for subscription periods already paid for, since access to the Service remains active until the end of that period. However, Tradatix may consider refund requests in duly justified exceptional circumstances, at its sole discretion.

The foregoing does not limit any rights that consumer protection legislation in the User's jurisdiction may grant them.

7. Acceptable Use

The User undertakes to use the Service in accordance with the law, morality, public order and these Terms. The following is expressly prohibited:

Breach of these obligations may result in immediate suspension of the account, without prejudice to any legal action that may apply.

8. Intellectual Property

Platform: all intellectual and industrial property rights in the Tradatix platform, including its source code, design, logos, trademarks, algorithms, interfaces and documentation, belong exclusively to Tradatix or its licensors. Use of the Service does not grant the User any ownership rights over those elements.

User Data: the User retains full ownership of the data they enter on the platform (trades, journal notes, strategies, etc.). The User grants Tradatix a non-exclusive, royalty-free and limited license to process such data for the sole purpose of providing the contracted Service.

Tradatix will not sell or transfer the User's data to third parties for commercial purposes. For more information, please see the Privacy Policy.

9. Financial Disclaimer

Tradatix is not a financial adviser, broker, investment manager or trading signal provider. The Service is an analysis and record-keeping tool designed to help the User organize and evaluate their own trading activity.

No content, analysis, statistic, simulation or feature of the platform constitutes financial advice, an investment recommendation or an offer to buy or sell financial instruments, nor should it be interpreted as such.

Trading financial instruments carries a high risk of losing capital. Past results, including those obtained with backtesting tools, do not guarantee future returns. The User bears sole responsibility for their investment decisions and the results arising from them.

9a. Trade Copier

The Copier is an optional feature that the User enables and configures (groups, master account, multipliers, stop loss and take profit, risk rules). Tradatix does not make trading decisions or issue signals: it replicates what the User's own master account does, according to the configuration the User sets.

Authorisation to send orders. By connecting an account on a third-party platform that allows it (for example, TopstepX through a ProjectX API key, or the Volumetrica platforms —DeepCharts / dxFeed Prop— through the platform username and password), the User expressly authorises Tradatix to read their trades and, only on the accounts the User adds to a Copier group, to send on their behalf the orders needed to replicate the master account (opening, increasing, reducing and closing positions, and placing, moving and cancelling stop loss and take profit). The User may withdraw this authorisation at any time by removing the account from the group, disconnecting it in Tradatix or revoking the key on the third-party platform (or changing its password).

Third-party platform keys and passwords are stored encrypted, never shown and only used for the purposes described; they are deleted when the platform is disconnected. Where the platform only allows access with a username and password (such as Volumetrica), the User agrees that Tradatix stores them encrypted to keep the connection. The subscription to the third-party API (for example, ProjectX's) is contracted and paid by the User directly with that provider.

Platform and prop firm rules. The User is solely responsible for checking that their broker or prop firm allows trade copying and API use on their accounts. For example, Topstep does not allow API use on Live Funded accounts, and Tradatix does not send orders to that type of account. On Volumetrica, Tradatix does not send orders to accounts where the platform indicates that copying is not allowed.

No guarantee of execution. Copying may be delayed, not take place or be executed at a different price for technical reasons, including: latency, outages or limits of the third-party platform or its API, connection failures, or failures of the User's computer or of the servers. Tradatix does not guarantee the execution or the outcome of any order. The User must monitor their positions and be able to manage and close them directly on their platform. The limitation of liability in section 10 applies.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tradatix shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption or losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Tradatix's maximum total liability to the User for any claim arising from use of the Service shall be limited to the amount corresponding to the last three (3) months of subscription actually paid by the User at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not affect liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor any non-waivable rights that consumer protection legislation may grant the User.

11. Data Protection

The processing of the User's personal data is governed by Tradatix's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms, the User declares that they have read and understood that policy.

Tradatix processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) and other applicable data protection legislation.

12. Changes to the Service and the Terms

Tradatix reserves the right to modify, update or discontinue the Service or any of its features at any time, with or without prior notice, depending on the nature of the change.

Material changes to these Terms will be notified to the User by email to the registered address and/or by a prominent notice on the platform, at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after notification will constitute acceptance of the new Terms. If the User does not accept the changes, they may cancel their subscription before the changes take effect.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from the interpretation, performance or enforcement of these Terms, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Spain, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.

Where the User is a consumer, the rights and jurisdiction granted to them by consumer protection legislation in their place of residence shall apply.
